As Human Resource Director at AcisTek Corporation, Mrs. Emerson oversees AcisTek's full HR operation, including HR Strategy, recruiting, corporate benefit programs, performance management, employee engagement, policy development and deployment, corporate events and employee morale. Mrs. Emerson also leads AcisTek's corporate initiatives including the Health and Wellness Initiative and ADK Initiative (Attract, Develop and Keep).
